Tote Bag Event Recap

Hey, Longhorns! Guess what? Freshman Launch just pulled off one of the coolest charity events on campus! Don’t worry if you missed out, I've got all the details for you right here.

So picture this: a serene evening on the UT lawns, students buzzing with excitement, and tables stacked with plain old tote bags just waiting to be transformed into something epic. Yep, that's right, Freshman Launch decided to spice things up a bit by hosting a Tote Bag Philanthropy event!

First things first, creativity was the name of the game. Freshman Launch decided to shake things up by inviting everyone to unleash their inner Picasso and design their own tote bags. Seriously, you wouldn't believe some of the masterpieces that came out of this event!

But wait, it gets even better. We also got to hang out with some awesome peeps from the UT community. Whether you were a freshman looking to make new friends or a seasoned senior looking to leave your mark, this event brought us all together in the name of a good cause.

And speaking of a good cause, let's talk about where all the proceeds went. Freshman Launch teamed up with Break Through Central, a charity dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and providing educational opportunities to those in need. By donating our time and talent (and a few bucks, of course), we were able to contribute to something truly meaningful. It's amazing what a group of passionate students can accomplish when we put our minds to it!
